Reservation Policy
 

1. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.

2. Please read our cancellation policy described below carefully. By confirming your reservation, you

3. The remaining balance of your room must be paid at the time of arrival, at the Quinta Minas Hotel and Villas.

4. In Hotel and Villas Quinta Minas pets are not allowed.

6. Check-in time is from 04:00 PM and Check-out before 12:00 PM

 

Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival at the hotel will receive a refund of 90% of your deposit or a

Credit valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

2. Any cancellation made between 60 and 31 days before your arrival will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit or the

credit option valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

3. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival will receive a refund of 30% of the deposit.

4. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will not have any refund.
5. Any change in your reservation must be made no less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival at

6. No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued in the case of early departures.
7. No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, storms

arise from a tropical storm or hurricane.

9. Any credit issued in your favor will be valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. said credit
